They dont answer the phone! Horrible!

My Mother had been visiting Dr Rhee, who she thought was a good doctor. Dr Rhee ordered an MRI for her and it was discovered that she needed emergency surgery the day following the MRI. However, the reason she knew she had to get to the ER is because the Dr was out of the office for a few days and couldn't be reached by the Radiologist, so the Radiologist called my mother directly to advise her what was going on. When I say no one followed up with my mother, I mean absolutely no one followed up with her from this office. Not the Dr, not the receptionist. No one. 1 month later she has yet to hear from this office about anything. Not even to see how she was recovering.... My mother happened to have a life threatening issue and was under the care of this Dr's office, and they couldn't even take the time to reach out about one of their patience. Despicable if you ask me.

Love Dr. Sedarous but not a fan of the unfriendly front desk who seem exhausted and sad.

The office Staff is not Professional from the Dress Code To the empathy I made mistake when I confirmed my appointment gave you to option s C and CX I figured C was to cancel and CX is to except I preformed options at 6 pm and when I got there they said I cancelled.. I apologized just drove over and hour to get there and they refused to get me in or another appointment they put me on a cancelation list Really left not happy and was in the elevator with a couple and they stated they where not satisfied Just appearance I heard of dress down day but your in the Medical field you should have approite attire and masks Very not Satisfied
