    Absolutely the worst practice there is.. the office staff does not get anything right from scheduling to authorization for test. They are also very nasty especially the Neptune office. They blame each other for who screwed up..and who suffers from it the patient..do not use this practice...I've been with them over 25 years and the last year and a half they have failed.

    My husband had an appointment with Dr. Kostoulakos. From the moment we walked into the office we had a great experience. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Dr. Kostoulakos was friendly, professional and listened to our concerns regarding my husband's issues. HE quickly put us at ease and explained everything to us..We just want to say thank you to the doctor and the staff for their and excellent care, kindness, and professionalism.

    I really love the staff in the brick office they are kind and sweet.i like my Dr. Alot.But the girl that answers the phone in the neptune office is very rude and it is very Disappointing having to talk to her because she answers both monmouth and ocean county area. I wish she had a better attitude towards patient's!!! RUDE! For no reason!!!

    Horrible experience. Doctor could not have cared less about my loved one. HE is the one who diagnosed him with dementia so HE of all people should know that he was incapable of keeping an appointment that the snotty receptionist insisted on making when the doctor refused to see my loved one via video call. Then then proceeded to CHARGE him a $50 no show fee!!! Which we refused to pay considering the circumstances but then they threatened to send it to collections! I hope the $50 was worth it. Soulless, unconscionable, ghouls that only care about money. Disgusting. As if we aren't dealing with enough.

    They are not professionals, they changed my appointments and then they sent me a bill of $400.00 notifying me that I did not go to the appointments, and they were the ones who changed my days, I called to notify them that they had changed my appointments and they claimed that it was not Thus, speaking rudely, they transferred me to the accounts department and it was the same thing that I had to pay if not, they would not serve me in a very grotesque and disgusting way. I called to notify that it was because of the change on their part that I did not go to the appointments and they treated me in a disrespectful manner. In the end I have to pay that money when it was the office team that made the mistake, paying for the mistakes of others.
