        I have stayed here a few times because it is the closest Marriott property and each time my room is worse and worse. The hotel is well overdue for a MAJOR renovation. I tried to leave to another Marriott property after checking in and they wouldnt cancel me. The desk staff was nice and agreed the hotel has issues, but I just checked in and wanted to leave. Marriott please do better!

        Im giving them one star as the heat did not work in the room and the front desk instead of calling maintenance to resolve the problem, attempted to walk me through the thermostat. Not a human error here. Rooms: Somewhat dated like the rest of the hotel. Pool was boarded up.

We were not able to cancel your reservation as you had already checked-in to your room. As a courtesy, we did waive the cancellation fee for your second reservation.
