If there were 10 stars, that's the rating I'd give Sandler Training! I cant even articulate what a huge impact Sandler has made in my life. Yes, my life, not just my business, but all aspects of my life. It changes your mindset. Your business and sales skills improve, your communication skills improve and you learn from exchanging ideas, wins (and learns) from other professionals in the class. I started taking the Sandler Training Foundations and Mastery with Cal Thomas in February 2022. I have become more self aware of my behavior and how to adapt to other peoples' styles of communication. The Sandler process works, no matter the size of the deal, no matter who you are working with, and can be applied to all relationships both business and personal & works with all ages i.e. works with kids too. I love the breakout discussions and the interaction with the class. Not only do you learn from Sandler & Cal Thomas, but we learn from each other. We share our successes each week and ask for help when we need it. I would highly recommend Sandler to anyone who is looking to improve the way they communicate with others. With some practice major results can be achieved. This would be great for training for teens as well. I wish schools implemented this as part of thier curriculum. Thank you Cal and Sandler!

Cal and Sandler have changed the way we do business. From sales to sales management to people and project management, both in client and personnel interactions. Don't mistake this for "just sales training." This is about better communication with people and finding win-win scenarios.

Sales and management training with Cal Thomas and Sandler have made a real improvement in the operations of our company. The techniques and skills learned through this training have not only improved how we do business, but have lead to much personal growth.
