I really love this gym! Being a member for almost four years, not only have they transformed my mindset to health and fitness, the community feel is unmatched. I cant see myself anywhere else.

I joined NBD in February of 2021 and have enjoyed every workout! The trainers are great the workouts never get stale or boring. If you are looking to achieve your fitness goals, look no further then NBD.

I have been a member at NBD since they opened in 2014. For years I tried many other gyms, bootcamps and training facilities but they never supported my long-term goals like NBD. I have found my fitness home! NBD is family owned and the staff and trainers have created a welcoming, supportive atmosphere which has helped me feel comfortable throughout my fitness journey. The trainers are AMAZING! They are knowledgeable and genuinely invested in our success. They routinely provide feedback on proper form, assess our progress, challenge us and share information on health and fitness. Classes are motivating and fun and the exercises can be modified to meet individual needs and desired challenge levels. NBD provides a truly unique fitness experience and I look forward to each workout!

Been here since November last year , its an addiction now I think my body dynamics changed a lot, I feel strong and in shape . I love the classes , especially the ones with Row ..he takes us to a different level, pulls us out of our comfort zone and in the end I feel dead ( in a good way..lol) His classes are so creative , good balance of strength , endurance and cardio vascular activities
