Terrible experience with the way the office is currently being run.  The doctor is helpful but no where to be found???  Not interested in a nurse running the practice.  Terrible The front desk are very rude & talk about patients & avoid calls.  Sad really...this was once a good medical practice.  Past family of patients that will never come back.  I wonder when the health of patients matters over writing books etc?  Sad all around.

We had the worst experience we have ever had with a doctor's office here with Dr. Gedroic. They do not get back to you in a timely manner. Not all questions are answered about tests, treatments, etc. We kept asking for more information about the tests and treatments so we could make the best decision for my boy's health before flying up there for treatment, but they could not deliver this information to us. The more we asked, the ruder their office got. Including 2 phone calls from Dr. Gedroic's husband, Joel, who would not let me get a word in and ended up hanging up on me. How are we supposed to make the best decision for our children when not all of the facts are presented? Thank goodness this office showed their true colors before we made the trip to NJ. Dr. Gedroic is very expensive and you are left on your own to try and figure out what is best for you. You should stay very far away from this office. We would never trust them with the care of our family. There are wonderful doctors out there who truly want to help you in your healing process.  Unfortunately, this office is not one of them.
