21 years of taking my kids to Madison Pediatrics for them to tell us they'll no longer see us. Did they tell me that during the scheduling phone call...no. Did they tell me that before I drove for 40 minutes...no. Did they mention it when I checked in...no. No, they let us sit in their waiting room for 25 minutes before taking the other patients and then told us they wouldn't be seeing us. Right. 21 years of visiting them for boo boos, scary things like bacterial meningitis, and everything in between...because they no longer take people willing to pay whatever they ask for their medical care. Tell me you're about the money without telling me you only care about the money. Not that this was my special needs daughter's last appointment with the Doctors she had since birth... Way to be about the kids. Atlantic Health sure cares about that... Except they also said they no longer except medicaid either so if you're one of those patients...or a self pay- don't bother wasting your time or gas money! Absolutely disgrace of an office! Do not go here unless you enjoy being treated like cattle. They moved a morning appointment because of snow and when I was late to said apt. (2 minutes past their window) they refused to see my son for a wellness visit. They prioritize policy over wellness of patients and families.

Not impressed with physician intelligence here. That being said, the office is well organized and is a great place to get vaccines for your kids. The nursing staff is good.

While the pediatrician we seen was amazing, the office itself has caused us so many issues already and my sons only 2 months old. Theyre not patient or understanding and even though we confirmed they accept his insurance were suddenly being told they dont. I wouldnt recommend Madison Pediatrics if you want a reliable pediatrician office.
