I am a Renal patient and thanks to the help and attention of all the medical staff at Suite 210 and of course the doctor as well, I have been fighting my problem and improving with each appointment, thank you.

Good facilities. Poor front representatives. They either not pick up the call or keep you hold forever.

Worked with Dr. Klingmeyer before she left and she was amazing! However all the front office staff and admin services at this facility are terrible. I have a chronic back condition and needed treatement 1 to 2 times a month. Dr. Klingmeyer would herself have to move around her schedule to see me because often the front desk wouldn't call me back to reschedule for weeks at a time. It eventually lead to her messaging me privately to schedule my appointments right when her calendar opened to ensure I could get in for my treatment each month. If I ever had to work with the front desk, once they finally returned a call, it would be months before the next available appointment. Since Dr. Klingmeyer has left I have tried to make OMM appointments on 5 separate occasions, and not once received a call back from a message I left. This facility adds an extra level of frustration and hassle to the patient to just receive the base care they need, which then falls to the primary doctors to try and work around to fix. I was lucky I had an amazing doctor who went the extra mile but if you don't this is a horrible office to go to.
