Alba Noristz the branch manager purposely withheld my funds from a large deposit because she is discriminatory and unprofessional. While I was making the deposit with the teller she came by us and looked me up and down and the next thing I know as I left the branch the deposit was not even pending. The next day I went to see her . She then proceeded to try to force and threaten me into taking a personal line of credit out with her and told me to have my contractor do the same if we wanted to start the necessary work to my home. while she withheld my money for absolutely no reason.I provided her with several documents and nothing was good enough, she even claims that she wasnt receiving my emails. The very next morning I called loss prevention who immediately released my funds and said that there was absolutely no reason for the hold. Alba Noristz does not belong working for PNC.

I just left the bank, and everyone was so friendly and helpful! I was greeted at the door and directed to the correct person to help with my banking needs. The teller, Keera, was personable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to bank with.

no one in the bank. i sit at the drive many times 10 to 20 minutes for a deposit. horrible

Terrible service . Both gentlemen behind counter has no smile , neither a single greeting word to customer and I was the only person waiting inside that particular branch . I usually go to the branch in union who provide much better in customer service . Will come to this one ever again

After waiting 45 days, called to find out my freshman daughters credit card application status. 50 minutes on the phone, transferred 5 different person, found out application was expired!
No information given by branch or PNC credit dept.
Reason for this they cannot verify my address!!
I guess, property tax and insurance records, other bank statements showing my address was not sufficient, for long time PNC customer.
