        Very bad attention from the staff

        Called them 8 times in a day, since they never picked up. No, they never picked up despite it being during normal business hours and I called them at different times. I'm finally at the location, just waiting and waiting to see if their "manager could help me." I am trying to open an account to take advantage of the promo they sent me, not looking for someone to solve climate issues or the world's hunger problem. I made it this far, but debating whether I should up and leave. The worst service ever. If you can go anywhere else, go somewhere else. If you need to come in, don't.after waiting and waiting, the "manager," the dude that's been just hanging came over to tell me they didn't have a banker available. Thanks for waiting my time

        At this Branch whoever Oscar isWhen I spoke to him today he was very Obnoxious and out of line I simply want to open an accountAnd I've been calling to make an appointment with whoever the banker is in this Banker has been busy for numerous of days while I'm explaining to Oscar what it is I need to do he just over talk me. I will not be open inI will not be open in myI will not be open in my threeI will not be open in my three accountsI will not be open in my three accounts. You just never know who could be bringing you guysThousands of dollars or millions and base on your attitude towards customers you just lost money
