Terrible experience working with this team and recommend you stay away from this firm! Their agent, Gerald Denicola, gave us no idea of when last and final bid was due so we weren't even able to bid on a house we really liked. I would avoid working with this team at all costs. Oh and just to show how bad this team actually is, Jerry Denicola wrote a review for them - the guy works there! Pathetic!

I recently had a very positive experience with Gary Martin of BHHS who rented out two apartments in a multi-family home. He put in a lot of effort staging and photographing them and communicated well throughout. Net result was we got them rented quickly at rental rates we were very happy with. I would not hesitate to recommend Gary!
