I had the great pleasure of working with Roderick Logan and his team when purchasing our home in Northern NJ. Everyone was so knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. I didnt think there was much to Home buying or selling honestly. Take a couple pictures post it and pick a new home to purchase and call my own. I called the Montclair office and had the pleasure of speaking to Roderick. I was a little short with him in the beginning and just wanted someone to come and sell my house, but after speaking with Roderick in more detail, he took the time to give me some quick insight over the phone about things I never even thought of when selling a home. He connected me with a great sales person but I honestly never felt more comfortable with a firm because they were genuine and true to their word. Overall I would refer everyone to The Coldwell Banker Montclair Office, the team of agents there are so great!

This office was great to work with. I felt heard by the broker Roderick recommended and while it took a little bit of time to find our dream house...once we needed to move quickly, the agents did a great job.
