Called their direct number to see one of the properties they listed on their site. First of all the guy was super rude and He wanted me to hire him order to view the property as he wasnt interested in spending the time behind it or else didnt even talk to buyer without having agent as middleman. If you wont even willing to show the property then how come buyer would decide if they like the property.

Im very unhappy with the service I got them threw Zillow and on the 2nd planed showing the realtor told me 3 confirmed showings I sent her 7 houses so I canceled but then messaged back we will see them so she pushed back the time 1 hour u would assume all 3 were confirmed we leave to view a hour half ride we get a hour away and get told the 1 showing just toke a bid and aint showing while we were driving to it the first house my wife is like ok we will view the other 2 and this women Lisa texts back they never confirmed back I then said can u have your boss call me she responded she will pay us for gas its not about gas its about the principle of wasted time her boss has yet to call me so I assume she never told her boss I wanted to speak to her so I will check the email and contact her boss myself if u didnt confirm the other 2 why wasnt I notified I woulda said no point in viewing 1 so Im very disappointed and Im gonna let Zillow and every forum known my complaint

Please void this real estate agency, they will always misrepresent you and have settlement with seller. Do not deal with this agency.
