My husband and I have been working with Kevin for the past year and half trying to find our forever home. Kevin was excellent. Ive had been in the market for the dream house for about 3 years. After seeing multiple houses, we considered a house in a different county instead, and thats when I reached out to Kevin after seeing one of his listings. The house and the county was not our type. In less than 2 weeks he found a few listings that exceeded our expectations in the county that we originally wanted. We fell in love with one of them. Kevin negotiated and Im glad I waited because we saved so much. He made sure we closed in less than 30 days!!!
