Joni helped plan and cater my wedding of 150 guests. She was a dream to work with and a true professional. She simply gets things done, and executes in the most elegant way possible.The food was impeccable. I would say best wedding food I have ever had, but just such a great meal period. We had a big spread of fresh meats and cheese, shrimp cocktail, delicious BLT tomatoes, the dumplings, the BLT. For mains the tuna was excellent. Someone said this is the best steak they ever had, not realizing it was just fresh delicious tuna. The chicken did not disappoint. I loved the passed trays of cookies and milk, and lemon and brownie squares.Truly, one of the best experiences of working with someone on an event. Very responsive, and very intuitive about how to stage the event.
