We worked with Bell & Stockton to sell our home and to buy our forever home. Our agent was Katty Velez. Katty priced our house to sell with the highest possible return on our investment. It was not an instant sale (the house was on the market about a month) but in that month we got three offers, the last of which was for asking-price. The house appraised without an issue for the sale amount. In addition we worked with Katty to find our dream home. We made an offer that was not originally accepted, but three weeks later we made another, lower bid, which was was accepted. This was during a very completive time in the market. Moral of the story, sign with Bell & Stockton. Their agents become family and get you the best price for your old home as well as the best price for your new home.

Wasn't happy with how the transaction went. Changed the listing then denied any existence of any changes being made to the original listing. Allowing the seller to delay closing without letting us know.

We recently closed on our home thanks to Katty at Bell & Stockton. Katty was great to work with but also helped us keep it together with some humor during the tougher moments. We were looking for something a bit niche and she managed to pull together many great options despite the low inventory in our current housing market. She is excellent at networking and she gave us great referrals for both an attorney and mortgage broker who we had lovely experiences with as well. Katty doesn't give up and she will hunt down whoever she has to in order to get you a showing or information that you need. Quick shout out to Eric too - he accompanied us to a showing when Katty was already booked to ensure that we didn't miss any opportunities and he was awesome as well! All in all, we managed to go from our first showing to having our offer accepted on a home within 6 weeks despite heavy competition from other buyers. We greatly appreciated her guidance and determination.

My experience with Katty was great. She came in strong and help me and my husband find the perfect home for our growing family. I was pregnant during our whole home search hoping to find a home before my babygirl was born. Katty helped us reached that goal. Days before my babygirl was born we had a home for her and I owe it all to Katty. She helped us through everything down to the tiny details of utilities since we were new to the state. Through this experience we gained a forever realtor and friend. I will continue to use Bell & Stockton, LLC for all my future endeavors.
