PFD Home Inspection

We were very happy with the services provided by Andrew from PFD Home Inspection. He was quick to respond to our call, and very thorough throughout the entire process. Prior to the inspection, he gave us a details rundown of the work he provides, making us feel confident in moving forward. Then during his walkthrough, he advised us on what to look out for which was very helpful especially as first time home owners. His attention to detail was impeccable and his use of equipment was up to par with todays technology. In his final report, he provided us with plenty of photos and videos of each item identified during his inspection. He even provided us with aerial views of our roof and identified possible hazards to look out for. Overall, if you're searching for someone professional, knowledgable (through experience) and transparent, then we highly recommend using Andrew's services for your home inspection.

Andrew from PFD Home Inspection was fast to respond and prompt to arrive at my inspection. He was extremely thorough while going through the house and found items that we would never have known. Andrew answered all of our questions and prepared a detailed report to assist in the process.
