Joe was a true professional, from the initial appointment to his final report. Responsive, on time. Joe was very thorough with the indirection. Even though It was a 1000 foot, 2 bath, 1 bedroom condo, joe spent over 2 hours doing the inspection. I shadowed him the entire time, he explained things clearly and answered all questions. Joes report was available within 24 hours, and was very detailed with pictures and supportive comments. I would highly recommend Joe to inspect your property.

I could not be happier with the service Joe from Rise and Shine provided for our home inspection. He went above and beyond with the level of detail he inspected the house with and captured everything in a detailed report. Joe arrived early to the inspection and complete the exterior of the house, allowing for the entire process to go by a lot faster. He walked me through and explained everything I should be aware of and was patient through all my questions. We ended up not moving forward with the house because Joe went above and beyond to crawl into nearly impossible to reach areas and found some concerning signs with the foundation. If it wasn't for him, there's no way we would have learned about these potential risks. Thank you Joe for everything and we can't wait to use your services for the next house!
