We hired this team back in August 2022 to remove our septic and hook us up to the new city sewage, they talked the talk, but then failed inspection twice, gave multiple excuse after excuse on why the project wasn't being finished.
All of these set backs we were very patient and understanding with. But almost a year later and they have NOT FINISHED the job and my yard is an absolute mess! My husband can hardly even mow the lawn it is so bad.
I am beyond frustrated by constantly being brushed off saying it isn't their fault it is the lanscaper's fault for not scheduling.
We already paid IN FULL and I would never suggest using this company unless you want a run around and then not even fulfilling the signed legal contract.
