My heating system has two subsystems: steam heat through 18 cast iron radiators in the main part of the house and a hot water baseboard system in a tv room that was built as an addition. The pipes were not laid out correctly, as a result, I had uneven heat. Most people I contacted before working with Quality Pro said I needed to add another small boiler to separately service the addition but I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of all that.
The problem was rather difficult, but Michael, the owner, is a competent plumber and his team worked to get both subsystems to operate independently. He also communicated well making scheduling and working with the team go smoothly. Thank you Michael and Dylan.

I highly recommend Mike and his crew for any of your plumbing needs. On January 5, 2022, I called to ask about getting a much needed water heater. Mike sent Dylan and Stephen here with a new water heater the following week. They were here on time, were very professional, friendly and did a great job!
On January 13th, I asked Mike about getting a kitchen faucet installed. Today (Jan 18) the new faucet has been installed and works great, thanks to Julian, another professional crew member.
