Bridgewater Disposal Services

Bridgewater Disposal getting sloppy - garbage truck worker left debris around garbage can at the end of driveway. This has happened several times. Called office this time to the answer we will talk to the driver. Quality services are getting more and more difficult to find as a generation is replaced by those who really dont take pride in their work. Thats nothing a talking to can fix. We were customers of Bwater Disposal for over 20 years. We lost our garbage can in Ida. Bwater Disposal failed to deliver a new one after over a month. They missed a few pick ups too- tried to say it was construction waste when it was *clearly* in white household garbage bags. We gave them grace but then they expected us to go pick up the garbage can ourselves. They were never going to deliver a new can to us. The reps we dealt with were rude and cut us off mid sentence. Loyalty means nothing to this company. We found another disposal service that is 1,000,000 times better. Bwater Disposal promised us a refund in 30 days for the unused prepaid service- more than 30 days have passed and we have not yet received a refund. This company is not customer focused. Dont bother unless you like to fight to get what you paid for.
