They charge extremely expensive.. around 400 every 3 months.. When you cancel the service, they end up with different charges to continue stealing your m ok money

Big business that bought out a small company transfer station, terrible service since they took over. Theyre still buying out more and more small companies, eventually were not gonna have anymore options but them, such a shame.

Besides changing the price like every three months they are changing rules without informing customers !! They missed my pick up and when I called I only got a nasty attitude from the lady that picked up the phone! Ill be cancelling and moving to the other company ASAP !

They completely bypassed my block yesterday. Called at10an and was told that someone would definitely be there ...they were just running late. By 3:30pm no one had come. Called again. This time... no indication that the workers were ever running late...no explanation of what went wrong. Was told that the matter was being escalated to a supervisor and I would be notified whether or not they were coming that day. Never heard from anyone. Garbage on curb for over 24 hours. Third phone. No indication that there was a problem with the route yesterday. No indication that job was not done. No one scheduled today to pick up garbage. It was in the 90's yesterday . Took 3 calls by me and 1 by my husband to get someone to do their job. Horrible service. Would not recommend.
