A very instructional class formulated into teaching tradational Aikido i recommend it fully! Its actually located at hometown fitness gym. One of a kind teaching style.

Good Park

Loaded with grass. Loads of small pickerel. Very few bass, crappie and perch. Very nice scenery. A lot of trash around ramp and parking area.

Jeff is a real fighter with a ton of experience in both MMA and boxing. There is no other place that has that around here.
