        I hired Freda McGoldrick of Fox & Roach, LP to list my property in Margate. I learned that during the real estate transaction that Ms. McGoldrick had lied to the other realtor. When Ms. McGoldrick was questioned under oath regarding the lie, she responded was stating " I guess I was just messing around with her". Asked why would you be messing around with her, Ms. McGoldrick responded by stating " Because that's the way I am, that's all." Further asked do you typically mess around with real transactions. Ms. McGoldrick responded "With people, yes. Further, Ms. McGoldrick would communicate with the realtor by using profanity (Ms. McGoldrick stated "I said get the [f...] home already."). The corporate office of Fox & Roach was aware of Ms. McGoldrick's behavior and did not assist me. I hired a new realtor who sold my house for more than $50,000.00 than Ms. McGoldrick could obtain.
