Gennifer really worked with us to get a great monthly summer rental 2023 in Ventnor. She was even able to negotiate some rent savings for us unilaterally. Very good to work with, kept good records, gave us good guidance and was always on time to give us tours. I think she is a great agent for rentals and that would extend to sales too IMHO
