Id give more stars if I could! Sarah made navigating the world of first time home buying as easy as possible! She made her self available day and night, and assured me that there was no such thing as a stupid question. She was open and honest about every listing that we checked out, and in the end, helped me to find the house that I am typing this review up from! I am so glad Sarah represented me in this sale. She was amazing every step of the way. Sarah knew exactly how to orchestrate the deal, so that we maximized our ultimate realized selling price that was far beyond our expectations. This was not a slam dunk situation, given my Mom's estate and Trust were the property owners. In addition, we had oil tank environmental issues blended in. With Sarah's guidance and calm manner, we conquered all hurdles. Sarah was exceptionally professional and incredibly responsive, handling all details and communicating with the buyer's realtor and both attorney's. Sarah worked very hard to ensure success ... without her, I'm certain the experience and result could not have been nearly as great. THANK YOU SARAH!!!

When I started the journey of buying my first home, everyone told me I'd be completely stressed out and tired by the time I closed on a house. I'm sure that's the case for most people, but working with Sarah was a breeze!
Sarah expertly navigated us through one of the most hectic real estate markets ever with total grace. From the very first day, she was calm and positive. Not only was she readily available to answer any questions we had, but Sarah truly made the experience enjoyable and fun.
My girlfriend and I had very specific wants and needs in a house, which made the process take a while. Sarah was always SO patient with us and happy to walk through the many homes we wanted to see. Even with last minute requests, Sarah always worked her hardest to make us happy and comfortable.
