Just completed my now, second home purchase through Katie Reynolds! A once in a lifetime "off-market" deal fell in to my lap. We were looking to sell our house and buy a new home and Katie, from Salt and Cedar Properties, was referred to us through our good friends. We reached out to Katie and she was very attentive to our wants and needs and the deadline we had set to have our home listed. She came for an initial site visit and advised us on what changes we should make and what was already market ready which was a huge help to know what to focus on. She was amazing at setting up the open house and showings and providing information during and after the 10+ bids were received. She has continued to be a champion for us even after our closing.
