We used Master Form on a partial gut renovation of our home. It was a rough experience. The team would frequently forget details about the contract, do unapproved work and, toward the end of the project, made it clear that they had lost interest in the project and wouldn't complete several remaining contract items. They were also very pushy about getting contract advances despite not completing work. I can only imagine that the positive responses are for folks with smaller jobs where Sherif could wing it based on his memory of the job requirements for a few days.
