Spiniello is a great company to work for! I've been with the company for over 14 years and enjoy working in such a fast paced, environment. Many of my coworkers have also been long-term employees. There is an inclusive, family-oriented culture which is hard to find at any large corporation. Good Benefits and 401K Match!
Work/Life Balance can be challenging at times, but it has dramatically improved over the past few years. Every company experiences growing pains and from my standpoint everything I see the company doing is to the betterment of us all.
