I waited too long to file but had a pile of paper of documents, unsorted. I apologized that it was a mess. He said "that's what we do". Well he didn't - for months. He Did string me along on the phone though. I finally had to get my paperwork back and give it to another tax preparer. So now my procrastination error in filing is compounded $$$$ by his inaction.

Lou has been doing our families taxes for over 25 years in my opinion hes the best at what he does hes professional aggressive but doesnt cross the line I would wreck any recommend anyone with a small business or personal do use this company as I do

Especially during this pandemic S&S went above & beyond to do my taxes & keep me safe. Everything was done via email, safely & securely. When I had trouble accessing anything they helped me step by step. They definitely go above & beyond to get you the most money back all while guiding you through everything.
