Accountant and his assistant were incomprehensible and seemed to have absolutely zero idea what was going on at any time. Confused my family members and I (were calling one asking for personal information and not realizing they were talking to the wrong person), could not find my previous years' tax returns despite me having dropped them off the day before, tried to get my cc information over text, and also made multiple mistakes on my taxes. Did not honor the promotional pricing of $65 for state and $65 for federal, and tried to charge my sister over $300 for filing. You'd be better off committing tax fraud than dealing with these con artists.

Excellent service and fast refund. I highly recommend Mr. Gerald, he has been doing my taxes for the past three years. Very professional and knowledgeable. I will be back next year!
