        Genuinely the worst Wendys experience of my life. I came here looking to have a nice time getting frostys with my friend. They got our order wrong, giving us the wrong sizes. Then they shorted me on my change. And finally they did not give straws or spoons. Worst Wendys ever. 0/100000000 Pic of frosty attached

        My experience was absolutely horrible. The staff is consistently rude when you go there. Today during the lunch hour, I went there and had a horrible experience. My order, which was placed all at once in the drive thru was rung up under 2 separate orders and I had to ask multiple times where the rest of my order was until they figured it out. Also, I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and only received 7 nuggets. I kept trying to give them another chance hoping that the problem was only some of the staff members but I was sadly mistaken. I do not see myself going back anytime soon

        Absolutely no reason why Wendys has a rewards system if youre going to tell customers they have to purchase something in order to get their free item. I dont know if it was a lie the order taker made up or if this is a part of Wendys new scheme to make more money but if thats the case BYE. They dont even give you your receipt in the bag anymore.
