Unfortunately, Im having a very bad experience with Hudson Toyota on Route 440 in Jersey City. I took my car here a week ago for some basic service and I have received no updates whatsoever. When I call them asking whats up, they tell me over and over again that somebody will get back to me, but nobody ever does. I have no idea whether to rent a car or not. All I want is some communication from them, but that is apparently asking too much, for Hudson Toyota on Rt 440 in Jersey City. Not recommended. If you need service and want a place that will communicate with you and treat you with respect, you will have to look elsewhere.
