One of my lease had a window factory defect where the water would leak through the car and it got mildew. I left the car for 3 weeks to get it cleaned. No updates no calls and no rental and they still made me pay for a months due. When I told them I still smelled mildew they said to get a different car they would still charge me $2,000 no matter what. Will not renew a lease here I’m going to Hudson Honda.

I called in to buy a Rav4 hybrid to buy and test drive, they told me they have some and gave me an appointment the same day. When I arrived The sales associate told me they have no cars in stock and he was so disrespectful and rude, If we wanted to buy one, we need to put a deposits now and it will take 4-5 months to get one, he will only entertain us if we are going to put down a deposit, he literally pushed us out of the door. Later the senior sales person pitched in and asked us what was wrong, I had to explain the whole situation. He was kind and he took us to the person I had talked to on the phone, he told us the car he had got sold in the morning - come on how can a car get sold in the morning if you are only selling them months in advance with a deposit. Later he handed us right to the rude sales associate, he was very disrespectful and grumpy again. He was not even showing any interest to talk to us, he told us he need to check my credit or eligibility to buy a car for a test drive, even though I had approved credit from the bank before I go the dealer. His response to every question I ask was insulting. I will never again go to this dealers or buy any car from them ever, this is not how you treat a customer.

My car was fixed in a pretty timely manner, which was good for a change but the price was a little crazy for what was done. Anyway, it was an ok experience for the most part.

When I first arrived, I was already shown the car I was interested in buying. After looking around for a bit was able to decide on which one I wanted to buy. After sitting down and talking about my options and the dealership was very flexible with my finances and worked with me. Had a great experience all around.
