DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT, rent a Budget truck from here. You will receive a call the day of, 10 mins before your reservation when you've already left, that it has been cancelled, due to their negligence. No apologies, no admissions, no help, nothing. I can only imagine this company is as inept with storage rentals as they are with truck rentals. However, if you'd like your precious belongings to be locked up with lazy and unapologetic people inside a sketchy business, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, check out these options; Public Storage on 2nd St., Extra Space Storage on Mallory Ave., or Extra Space Storage on Clinton St. in Hoboken. We use Extra Space and could not recommend it more. We've called around and spoken to these businesses when looking for storage and moving trucks--they seem to be lovely and knowledgeable people, unlike Liberty Self Storage's employees.
