Ivy Primary Prep

If you are seeking a daycare and Ivy has an open spot for your little one, look no further! As a first time parent, selecting a daycare and enrolling our infant in full-time care was nerve-wracking to say the least. I quickly had any and all concerns eased as I saw the love, care and dedication of the Ivy team. My son has been at Ivy for about a year and a half now, starting in the infant room and moving up as he got older. With each move, he has been supported by incredible teachers and excelling in all areas for his age. A special shoutout to Ms. Destiny and Ms. Aiko for their amazing work with these babies/toddler. Ivy is a clean, organized and friendly environment. My favorite part is all of the wonderful events they hold for the children and parents to foster connection (I look forward to the Holiday show all year long!). Most importantly, Ivy celebrates and honors all cultures and holidays which is so refreshing to know my son will have this knowledge and awareness as he grows. They also have gymnastics time and music class which is always a hit with our little one. We are moving out of state and sadly have to find a new daycare. As I am starting to tour other centers in the midwest, it is even more abundantly clear how special Ivy truly is. Thank you to Mary, Briana and the entire staff for all you do to brighten the lives of the kids in your care.

We Love Ivy. All the teachers are wonderful. Clean. New. Fun activities. We will be moving and leaving Ivy will be one of the hardest things.

We cannot share enough good things about Ivy Primary Prep and all of the staff and teachers! Our daughter loves going to school and seeing her friends every day. Mary (owner) has outdone herself with creating a warm, welcoming environment for the children to learn and grow. Our daughter grew leaps and bounds with her physical and social skills when she started school at 6 months old. If we werent relocating, we would keep her here for years to come! Thank you for all that you do, the love you provide the children when theyre away from home, and the safe environment you create for them to explore, grow, and thrive. We appreciate you and the teachers more than you know!

We are so glad we chose Ivy Primary Prep for our 7 month old son as his first school. Everything from communication to security to teachers / staff to activities and learnings at Ivy Primary Prep are great and well thought out. We highly recommend this school!

It's truly amazing what Mary and her team have accomplished at Ivy Prep! Picking Ivy Prep counts as one of the most important and rewarding decisions we've made in quite a while. If you're considering which daycare to go with, look no further than this gem right on the border between Jersey City and Hoboken. Ivy Prep has made excellence a habit, in everything they do. Other parents we've interacted with agree as well - our kids all seem to behave better at Ivy than they do at home! Ivy's welcoming atmosphere clearly deserves all the credit it gets. The first day after dropoffs, as nervous parents, we must have called and emailed them a dozen times with what we imagined were helpful suggestions. The Ivy team was incredibly reassuring, and so patient at all times, through it all. But within a couple of weeks, we were the ones taking notes from Ivy's expert teachers and staff! Suffice to say we're huge fans of Mary and her whole team including Briana, Destiny, Yesenia, Sarah, Michelle, Cassaundra, Cassie, Atavia and so many more teachers who really go over and beyond for the little ones, every day. The icing on the cake is the holiday show that Ivy hosts at the end of every year. I don't know how they manage to pull it off, but it's impressive and amusing how they get all these very opinionated infants and toddlers to cooperate and put their best foot forward! Wishing Ivy Prep and its family the very best, and here's hoping they expand and grow.
