      image Horrible business practices. They never answer the phone or check messages so good luck trying to cancel or reschedule. I canceled my membership, in person, in front of a manager & I was still charged the following month (they did eventually refund after 2 phone calls). I dont blame staff, I blame management. Ive managed wellness studios & I would NEVER not put the customer first.
      Hoboken location sends out texts with options to confirm, cancel or reschedule. Plus they answer their phones there. Go to Hoboken!
