Been going to this nail salon for many years and its been great. Both the owner and the manager are always presenting and making sure customers are happy. Giving them a four because the waxing services. They need a bit of improvement on the thoroughness and attention to detail.

This is a disaster. The color is uneven and my cuticle is not clean. Extremely unprofessional and terrible result. I can do better than this myself. DONT COME!

Very good service. I always come here when I want to have a time for myself. The team is very nice and warm. They treat you with kindness! As a person that does her nails from scratch for mostly 10 years, it would be nice if they were able to get a better nail polish application, but besides that, I love this place and I will go back for sure. Kathy and Maria do a great job!

This salon has gotten ridiculously expensive, and they are also charging a fee to use a credit card. I *might* pay more for the manicure, but it's not really that great, and they don't even give you a shoulder massage while you are drying.They also allow people to talk (scream) on the phone while you are trying to have just one small moment in the week to quietly relax. It's the small things that make huge increases in price worth it, and J Nail does not offer an elevated service worth paying more. After a lot of years of going there I'm moving on to find someplace better/cheaper or both.

I recently visited this salon for a gel mani & pedi, and unfortunately, I left feeling extremely disappointed. Overpriced pedis for a below par service and what truly soured my experience was the constant attempts by the owner to overcharge me for services I didnt even request. It felt like a blatant attempt to take advantage of customers, which is unacceptable in any business.
