They hardly ever have cars available & when they do, they'll tell u it's a 10 or 15 minute wait. Then u have 2 keep calling them 2 find out where ur taxi is. A car that was supposed 2 b 2 u in 10 or 15 minutes, ur still waiting 4 it 30-40 minutesater.

Never pay by card to this company
We booked a car from Jersey City to EWR AirPort one the 31st Dec - quoted when booked 43.00USD - taxi arrived and I asked if they would take a card for payment - on arrival at EWR the driver said it was 125USD - I refused to pay and he called the office - they relented and charged the said 43.00 - after 3 hours ( as we were still in the airport) they attempted to treat themselves to a meal at my expense with my card at a Local Dusals Italian Restaurant for 89USD - Luckily the bank stopped it was a possible fraudulent transaction and they then went on the try to use the card again another 4 times within 30 mins
It has been reported as a Fraud - and I have also reported this to the local authorities in NJ

I work part time in the city (going up and down from the south bay) every week. Grove Taxi & Airport Limo.24/7 is a great service - the owner, Ted, is easy to talk to, on time, and overall a great guy. Ted and his entire team are all very accommodating and friendly. Their fleet is great and is always clean/in great condition. Would definitely recommend.
