Used them 2 years back. ABSOLUTELY ROTTEN !
I looked at reviews on yelp and called this limo service. The entire service was wrong from start to finish
1) LATE & NO INTIMATION OF ARRIVAL - When I called their service several times, they said the limo guy would call once outside the house. Ultimately, I walked around the block to find him and the driver claimed he was waiting for the last 10 minutes
2) EXTORTION - When I booked the limo, I specifically mentioned 2 adults, 1 baby and 3 suitcases. They also mentioned that the tip was included. When the limo guy came, he said we were only allowed 2 suitcases and that either we wait for the SUV to come by or pay an extra $15.00 and take that limo. We were late to the airport and so I agreed to pay the extra.
3) CAR SMELLED OF CIGARETTE SMOKE - I had specifically mentioned that we were traveling with a baby and they still sent a car smelling of cigarette smoke. If my baby had started coughing or something, I would sued them. Lucky for them, nothing happened
4) MORE EXTORTION AT AIRPORT - At the airport, after we arrived, I paid the driver $75 as per the invoice. He claimed we owe a 15% tip (which I was told was included when I booked the car). He refused to give me my suitcases unless I paid him the extra 15%. Imagine !
Have had better service with cab drivers who I pay only after they unload all my suitcases. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID !

Took advantage of my situation where I had to take a minor detour en route and charged me double. Usually reliable but prices have gone up.
