        I just completed my third stay at the Residence Inn in Jersey City, NJ. Once again, the staff was wonderful, and the facilities and my room were excellent. John Pascali, GM, and his staff go out of their way to provide an excellent hotel stay for their guests. It happened to be my birthday while I was there, and John upgraded my room, and they even left a bag with snacks and water in my room. It was such a thoughtful surprise. John and his staff are clearly focused on guest satisfaction, and they deliver every time! I will continue to stay at the Residence Inn Jersey City on my trips to the city. Thank you for another great stay! Kim Carlton Rooms: The rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped. Walkability: The hotel is next door to the PATH station, and there are many shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.
