After calling multiple firms in the area to handle my returns, Jessie was unequivocally the most upfront about her rates and process.
From first-contact to filing being completed, the process took less than two weeks.
Needless to say, after having Jessie and her team handle my taxes this year, I'll be using them exclusively going forward.
