Will definitely not recommend them. They are frauds and charged my account for their fees without authorization. Will report them to the IRS as well.

Horrible service. Doesnt have time to answer questions if asked multiple times. For someone whose filing taxes for the first time youre bound to have many questions. Never keeps up with appointments, have to call several times, no shows. On top of it the owner responds in messages, BOSS I dont have time to respond to your texts or calls and cant go over things over and over again. When I responded by saying thats very rude way of responding, he stated, dont teach me how to talk to people. Im paying for the service and not getting the work done free. Highly unprofessional.
UPDATE- right after I played this review, the owner, Kunj Sheth texted me saying how I wrote a pathetic review about it. Im now worried that he might share my personal information with other people for writing this review. I did warn him not to disclose my details or else I will contact the authorities. He again blocked me. Truly unprofessional and unethical practices. Take your service somewhere else who has the time and energy to explain everything.
