Please be careful. Do not use progressive insurance. They are horrible. They are the most dishonest deceptive insurance company there is.. if you have an accident it's going to be a problem cuz they do not like to pay. I had a vehicle that was valued at over 13, 000.... They didn't even want to pay $5,800. They stalled for almost a year. Absolutely the most horrible insurance company don't make the same mistake. I did. Don't ever trust progressive insurance. They are horrible

We had a stolen car and were told that we have to drop off our key in Cherry Hill in order to get a refund. Later, we found the car and we were told by Elva to go all the way down to Mt Laurel, Cherry Hill to pick up the car key. When we arrived they were like '"Huh, why are you coming here we shipped it to Ohio ". #lackofcommunication #badservice #lyers
