This insurance agency is bad news. They are refusing to provide the name of the insurance company for their insured despite the fact that I have a police report and an insurance policy number with Anatolia as the insurance agency. They have refused to provide name of insurance company to me (the victim) as well as to the subrogation specialist at my own insurance company. I don't know if this is illegal, but it is wrong. I have filed a complaint with the NJ Dept of Banking and Insurance because they should not be able to get away with evading responsibility and not allowing me to file a claim for expenses. I am not looking for a pay day. If the police use their name as the insurance agent on the police report and yet they will not provide you with the name of the insurance company, they are effectively blocking you from making a claim. How is this even allowed under rules and laws?
