My water heater stopped working on a Friday evening. I was contacted immediately from Young's Water and Sewer. They were @ my home Monday to access the heater. I was so pleased with the prompt service. The staff was helpful, friendly and everything was affordable. The two gentlemen that installed the heater was excellent. They knew what they were doing, friendly, cleaned up all the mess and was done within a normal time frame. I'm pleased and would definitely use them again.

Taking this company to court since they have taken/cashed the money from my home warranty (Choice Warranty) and never performed the repairs. They told me they were being paid 'too little" and complained about the warranty company whom they had a relationship with. Gave them an opportunity to make things right, but the woman who I believe is the owner was very arrogant and dismissive. I told them I was not bluffing and they will be served this week. Hope the owner sees this. I told you I was not bluffing and I have our conversations recorded.
