I could reply showing all the evidence of texts, emails, voicemails & court paperwork to show the dishonesty in this review that you posted to slander the business. However, it is a waste of time to entertain any of your nonsense for several hundred dollars on a check you purposely wrote short. If it weren't for your contractor lying about who he was, saying we worked together prior, I can assure you we would have never taken on your disaster job. We do not warranty jobs that are not paid in full (especially when caused by a fraudulent check) as you were told numerous times, we also do not warranty leaks that are not caused by our fiberglass installation, we asked you numerous times to meet up with us or, let us speak with your roofer to explain to them how the shingle roof was installed incorrectly, THE THIRD PICURE THAT YOU POSTED CLEARLY SHOWS THAT THE SHINGLES ARE INSTALLED WITHOUT STEP FLASHING. I don’t know of any roofer that would do something so lazy and careless, I’d also love to know how many “reparable” companies you had look at this and miss it because this is a day one blatant error in the shingle roofing install. 2 pieces of step flashing installed under our flashing above would have solved this entire problem but you refused to listen, I even offered to put them in for you because it is that easy. I really don’t get why you fought us so hard on it and just sat there with a leaky roof, blind ignorance? Lack of funds to make good on our bill? You also complained of a leak in the middle of your deck and when I reminded you that the door was in the middle of the deck and you choose not to remove it for a proper install you changed your story and said it was from somewhere else. We would have covered the chipping for you if you had even said anything about it but we didn’t hear about that until we were with the court mediator. You are a dishonest & deceitful individual, I sincerely hope this review left you feeling satisfied because it has not affected us at all. REPLY TO UPDATE:No, we rarely check our site and google page, that’s one of the benefits of doing quality work for people we run mostly on recommendations, it was a customer that told us about this that thought it was funny. We never had a court case, we had a session with a court mediator, we did not agree on a settlement term, so it was then up to us to bring you to court. But after having to look at you for an hour and hearing that your deck chipped (which you made seem much worse in mediation than the single chip you were able to get a pic of) we figured that was even enough for us, and it was worth losing the $700 to never have to associate with you again. And now you’re trying to say we are the ones that installed those shingles incorrectly for you? lol No one is requesting the review be taken down because it based on an uneducated grifter who has no professional knowledge in this field, clearly neither did your contractor and it is simply an opinion based on someone who opted to do the job incorrectly because you were too cheap to do it the right way so this is entirely on you.
