I really enjoy banking with the Ramtown office. It is so nice to walk into a bank where employees say hello and welcome me. I have referred many of my neighbors to my branch. Being a retired Branch Manager in a bank I appreciate your employees in this branch. I hope they never leave.

The customer service at this bank is absolutely awful. I dont think I have ever made a transaction here where the bank employees didnt have a snotty attitude and were rude. They act like they are doing you a huge favor to complete your transaction, make uncalled for snarky comments and treat you like youre inconveniencing them. Every. Single. Time. The only reason I keep an account here is that the Santander closed down.
