        "Exceptional service and convenience! This UPS Store exceeded my expectations with their friendly staff, specially Sam has been very helpful. Whether it's packaging delicate items or handling return shipments, they always help with professionalism. It just feels easy to walk in there and get help, there are always numerous staff personnel available so there is least amount of waiting. Made my life easier, so ten stars !!

        Always great working with these people They make a great team with Sneh Patel who is from my experience great leader and someone to trust and rely on anytime. When I bring my mail/packages at this location I don't have to worry. It's always done without mistakes. Very happy to have them in my neighborhood. They are all peasant and friendly, and ofcourse they get out of 10!!!

        I go to the uptown Hoboken UPS location at least 3 to 4 times a months for my shipping needs. My experience there has been excellent. The service is great, reliable and very friendly. This location has sufficient staffing so the customers are not waiting on a line. They are always willing to help and go the extra mile.
