It is not every day that a Real Estate Agent will write a review about another Real Estate Agent however Lester deserves the merit. We worked together during the pandemic on the sale of a property and I can honestly say that if it wasn't for his professionalism, patience and excellent communication skills we probably would not have closed the sale. I have to say thank you once again, it was a pleasure working with you !

Lester is a complete professional, he has helped me understand how credit works, how to fix up my credit and how to budget my income. Because of him my credit is excellent and im currently saving so he can help me buy my 1st investment home. I am blessed to have a financial savvy uncle

If you are a buyer and you are actually looking to buy and win a bidding war -> Lester is your agent. He will deliver, he will orchestrate your deal to the last letter and a number. I highly recommend him as a buyers agent. He doesnt give up on his client or a deal. He is able to work with the most ridiculously hard sellers and deals. Looking forward to working with him again.

Lester is a great Agent with which to work. He is very responsive and was accommodating to all of my needs. He brings a vast level of experience and intelligence which is invaluable to help work your way through the process from beginning to end. Lester was always on top of the current situation and working hard to keep the deal moving forward as fast as possible. Additionally, he has a good network of other professionals (e.g., attorneys, inspectors, etc.) which was very helpful.
